The Heat claimed a crushing 146 to 114 victory against the Memphis Grizzlies in their first basketball game since player Rozier was arrested over alleged illegal sports betting.

Trail Blazers coach Billups was also detained in connection with a sweeping FBI probe into sports betting. The two individuals deny the allegations.

"Therefore, we've been cooperating from that point. And, of course, what they revealed yesterday was an indictment.

"Moreover 30 months later, he has not been found guilty of any offense, in justice to Terry.

"Clearly, it appears unfavorable, but he's been suspended, and so it is a balance in this case between upholding rights and conducting an inquiry."
